How: Join SVP’s first event for 2026 – a morning of Creatives in the Park
When: Saturday 31 January 2026 from 8am-12noon.
Where: Gilchrist Avenue, Victoria Park
Why? Join Save Victoria Park for a meaningful and creative Morning in the Park organised in two sessions: a creative session from 8.00 am and a protest rally from 10.30 am. This is your chance to show you care about the future of Brisbane’s urban greenspace; don’t agree with the privatisation of public assets; and won’t vote for irresponsible government spending on white elephant projects in a blow out Olympics that will saddle Queensland taxpayers with unpaid debts for generations to come.
